The next couple of pages allow you to review and update data of your current
residents/fellows who will either continue in your program on
or after July 1 of the upcoming program year, or graduate to “Alumni” status. You will be able to:
1. Update the records individually as necessary and submit individually
2. Select multiple records to submit as a group
3. Add a contract extension or
4. Add anyone who may be joining your program from another Emory GME program (e.g.:
from preliminary to residency or from residency to fellowship).
-
If your program is not automatically displayed, use the dropdown to select
your program and find contracts.
1. Those who are scheduled to graduate will be listed on top of the list.
2. You can select those individually to process or use the “Check/Uncheck
All” if you want to work on all records together.
3. For those who graduate to “Alumni” status,
you MUST select their “Advancement Details” before you can move forward.
-
If you have residents needing an extension contract, or have residents joining your
program from another Emory GME program, click “Add
Extension” or “Add Continuing Resident” from the “Generate and Review Program Data” screen.
1. Make sure you update all relevant “Next” fields.
2. Click “Submit” when done to submit each of those contracts individually.
3. You should process and submit your main existing program continuing/leavers’
records before you process any extensions and additions.
4. For a continuing resident who needs both an extension and a full year contract,
make sure you submit two separate requests (one with the
existing program data and one through “Add Extension”).
-
You can also click “View Submitted Contract” and select your program from the dropdown to review your submitted data.
You may edit the records if they have not been downloaded to the GME database. Contact GME
if you need to but cannot edit a submitted record.

Click the “Generate and Review Program Data” button to start reviewing your program data. You can click “Instructions” at anytime to view
